The
Chofetz Chaim (late 19th-early 20th century Rabbi said to
Rabbi
Elchanon Wasserman – a contemporary and said
“Life
is like a postcard- at first you are not worried about space – you feel
Like
you have the liberty to express yourself without thinking about it too
much.”
Before you even blink an eye, you turn around and have very little
space
left, to write down the important things you want to really communicate-
You
start squeezing everything in the end.
Where
does the time go? We have got to live life with first things first!
We
don’t have to let mortality help us acutely focus on what’s most important.
Let
us wake to our truest and deepest selves on Yom Kippur – Don’t dream
The
impossible dream-live it
